A growing cloud kitchen company is opening its bakery in Bangalore for which it's looking for bakery staffs across all levels (Trainee Baker, Junior Baker, Senior Baker, Bakery Manager). Share your cv at chhaya@saladdays.co, kartik@saladdays.co KEY RESPONSBILITIES: · Knowledge of use and maintenance of bakery equipment. · In-depth knowledge of Bakery products, production and packaging. · Produce bakery products ensuring consistency and quality. · Utilize industrial equipment to facilitate efficient production. · Handle all hot or dangerous items with care. · Daily inventory counts and stock in hand reportings. · Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly. · Attend daily production meetings. · Ensure the kitchen is spotless at all times. Good sanitization skills. · Plan and manage the quantity of misen to execute the production timely. · Religiously follow food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications: · Bakery Diploma is required. · Industrial training is mandatory. · On Job Training – Bakery is preferred. · 1 - 3 year hands on experience - Bakery · Firm understanding of the Metric and Imperial systems of measurements. · Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely. · Mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Capable of handling hot and humid working conditions. · Ability to work under pressure. · Strong attention to detail. · Positive attitude and work skills. · Intermediate understanding of bakery operations and misen-place techniques.
