Description
1. Frontline & Kitchen Staff Hiring: Source and hire kitchen staff (Commi-III, Commi-II, Helpers, Cleaners, etc.) and frontline store roles using job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, and WhatsApp groups. Actively recruit through NGOs, job fairs, campus visits, and blue-collar hiring platforms. 2. Mass Walk-ins & Bulk Hiring: Organize and manage bulk walk-in drives at store sites or hiring hubs. Build a local talent pipeline through regular city visits, vendor tie-ups, and community referrals. 3. Store Launch Hiring Support: Ensure timely recruitment and joining of all kitchen/frontline staff for new store openings across cities. Maintain follow-up with selected candidates till final joining and report any dropouts proactively. 4. Interview Coordination & Reporting: Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers and area/store heads. Maintain daily trackers for sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining status. Share weekly hiring status reports with the TA lead and team. 5. Multi-City Support & Local Travel: Support hiring for multiple cities (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru) from the Gurgaon office. Be comfortable traveling within city limits for walk-ins, field sourcing, or vendor meetings. 6. Skills & Attributes: Should be a self-starter, result-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong in sourcing, communication, and basic Excel reporting. Prior experience in QSR, cloud kitchens, or retail blue-collar hiring is preferred. Eligibility & Requirements: Qualification: Graduate / BBA (MBA preferred) Age: 22 to 31 years (max) Skills: Good communication, basic Excel skills Experience: Must have experience in recruiting kitchen staff via (NGOs, Employee referrals, Job fairs, Campus visits, Blue-collar hiring portals, Mass walk-in coordination Looking for immediate joiners.
