Senior Baker

As a baker, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. You will carefully measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure proper baking times. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, while also adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaboration with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a baker or in a similar role, although this is preferred and not mandatory. Knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients is necessary to excel in this position. Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and a team spirit are qualities that we value in our team members. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, which means you will be required to work on-site.
