Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager/ Manager - Talent Acquisition to execute our recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent, building strong relationships, and driving efficient recruitment processes. This role will be instrumental in supporting our aggressive growth plans by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different departments and levels, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals, to identify and attract passive and active candidates. Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition to potential candidates. Contribute to the development and enhancement of employer branding initiatives. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Process Improvement & Analytics: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management. Team Leadership & Development (for Manager level): Mentor and guide junior recruiters or associates, fostering their professional growth and development. Potentially manage a small team of recruiters, setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally within IT, Financial Services, Retail or anything in a startup culture. Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and assessment tools. Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. .
