Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy to recruit right people. What is the roles objective Execute and contribute to developing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements that align with business goals. Create and maintain talent pipelines to fill current and future roles efficiently. Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations. Create and foster high-touch relationships of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open. Utilize various recruitment channels, especially job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract potential candidates. Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent. What skills do you need to possess Proficiency in candidate sourcing methods using various platforms Talent pipelining for future hiring needs Strong negotiation skills to secure high-quality candidates Skilled in interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability Knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes What is the prior experience needed? 10 to 15 years of relevant experience Previous experience in Financial Services preferred What qualification/s you should have? MBA or any equivalent degree
