Job Purpose

To lead and manage end-to-end recruitment efforts across India, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end recruitment

    pan-India, ensuring timely and efficient hiring aligned with business priorities.
  • Prioritize roles based on business criticality and maintain

    flexibility

    to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement a

    cost-effective talent acquisition strategy

    , leveraging low-cost sourcing channels and optimizing cost-per-hire.
  • Build and manage a

    robust talent pipeline

    to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined

    SLAs and TATs

    .
  • Use

    social media and professional networks

    to proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Strengthen

    employer branding

    initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Regularly

    report progress

    on open positions and provide proactive solutions to address hiring bottlenecks.
  • Monitor recruitment budgets

  • Ensure

    compliance

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4 5 years of managerial-level experience

    in recruitment within the

    manufacturing sector
