Industry: FMCG – Food & Beverage Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month + Incentives About the Role Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Export Manager to lead international sales and marketing for its FMCG portfolio. This role is critical in building and expanding our brand presence across Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and European markets . The candidate will be responsible for developing international distributor networks, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving global sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies across FMCG categories. Identify, negotiate, and onboard distributors, importers, HoReCa clients, and modern trade partners . Manage export documentation, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and coordination with CHA/logistics . Build long-term relationships with international buyers and business partners . Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, finance, marketing) for pricing, packaging, and timely order execution. Represent the company in international trade fairs, expos, and B2B meetings . Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies . Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets . Who Should Apply 3–8 years of proven experience in FMCG exports (preferably Food & Beverage). Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance . Hands-on experience in international client handling and global distributor management . Exposure to modern trade, retail, and HoReCa channels . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and professional email correspondence .
