Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  Blackstrap Molasses exports

  to European markets (Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, etc.).
• Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with

  buyers, importers, and traders

  in feed, distillery, and fermentation industries.
• Handle

  end-to-end export operations

  – documentation, LC, shipping coordination, customs clearance, and compliance with EU feed regulations.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, CHA, and shipping lines to ensure

  timely dispatches and quality adherence

• Negotiate commercial terms, freight, and payment conditions aligned with international trade norms.
• Track

  global molasses pricing trends

  , freight rates, and competitor exports to optimize profitability.
• Prepare periodic

  export MIS reports

  , costing, and profitability analyses.
• Represent the company in

  international trade fairs

  and buyer meetings when required.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / PG in International Business or Export Management preferred).

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience specifically in exporting Blackstrap Molasses to European countries

• Strong understanding of

  EU import norms, documentation, and feed-grade quality standards

• Proven ability to manage
