Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Atta (flour) division in the assigned region. If you have a strong background in FMCG sales, distributor management, and field execution — this is your chance to take ownership of a growing category under a trusted food brand.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales of the Atta product line in the assigned territory
• Appoint and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and stockists
• Lead and guide a team of Sales Officers and field representatives
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration in urban and rural markets
• Plan and execute market activations, schemes, and local promotions
• Track sales performance, prepare monthly targets, and achieve regional growth objectives
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure smooth order flow and credit control
• Provide competitor insights and suggest strategies for market capture
• Regular market visits and reporting to the Regional or Zonal Sales Head

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in FMCG sales (Atta or staples category preferred)
• Strong knowledge of distribution management and retail dynamics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting formats
