• Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and internal departments for order processing and dispatch tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in generating sales reports, MIS, and documentation for internal and external use.
• Handle customer and distributor queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Follow up on payments, stock status, and invoice reconciliation.
• Support the execution of promotional activities and field sales events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
