As a Back Office Sales Executive at Sree Sakthi Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the front-end sales team by processing orders, creating quotations, and handling documentation. - Managing client follow-ups, updating order statuses, and coordinating with customers. - Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents. - Maintaining and managing customer databases to ensure timely communication. - Coordinating with logistics, accounts, and other departments for the smooth flow of sales operations. Key skills required for this role: - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
