Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or lead generation. Strong expertise in proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation . Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and freelance platforms . Ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value international clients. Prior experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing services is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
