Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination

  : Manage and track logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

• Order Management

  : Assist in processing orders, tracking them from initiation to delivery, and resolving any delays or issues in real time.

• Sales Support

  : Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and promotional materials, supporting the achievement of sales targets.

• Customer Communication

  : Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing order updates and resolving logistical or sales-related issues.

• Data Management

  : Maintain accurate records for all orders, logistics activities, and sales performance metrics.

• Problem-Solving

  : Address logistical challenges proactively to ensure the smooth flow of goods and minimal disruption to sales operations.

• Reporting

  : Prepare regular reports on order status, inventory, and logistics performance to support decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience

  : 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination and sales support.

• Organizational Skills

  : Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Problem-Solving

  : Demonstrated ability to solve issues related to logistics and sales challenges efficiently.

• Communication

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical Skills
