Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary State Head – Rajasthan to lead our cattle feed business across the state. This senior role carries complete responsibility for sales, distribution, P&L, and team leadership. The State Head will ensure deep market penetration, strong distributor relationships, and expansion of Twaomev’s presence in every district of Rajasthan.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead the entire sales and distribution network for Rajasthan.

- Build, appoint, and strengthen distributor and super-stockist networks across districts.

- Directly manage and guide a large team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and Territory Executives.

- Prepare and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume targets.

- Own and manage P&L responsibilities including sales, collections, and credit control.

- Conduct farmer meetings, nutrition awareness campaigns, and brand-building activities.

- Track competitor feed brands, market prices, and farmer trends, and provide market intelligence to HO.

- Ensure distributor profitability and farmer satisfaction remain at the core of business growth.

- Coordinate with Head Office for production, supply chain, marketing campaigns, and performance reviews.


Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, or Business.

- 10–15 years of proven experience in the cattle feed industry (strictly).

- Strong background in team leadership, distributor handling, and rural sales management.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales growth across large territories.

- Excellent understanding of dairy farming ecosystem and cattle nutrition needs.

- Financial acumen to handle credit, collections, and distributor accounts.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
