About the Role

Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  international sales strategies

  across FMCG categories.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard

  distributors, importers, HoReCa clients, and modern trade partners

  .
• Manage

  export documentation, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and coordination with CHA/logistics

  .
• Build long-term relationships with

  international buyers and business partners

  .
• Collaborate with

  internal teams

  (production, supply chain, finance, marketing) for pricing, packaging, and timely order execution.
• Represent the company in

  international trade fairs, expos, and B2B meetings

  .
• Monitor

  global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  .
• Achieve

  monthly and annual export sales targets

  .

Who Should Apply

• 3–8 years of proven experience in

  FMCG exports

  (preferably Food & Beverage).
• Strong knowledge of

  export procedures, documentation, and compliance

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  international client handling

  and

  global distributor management

  .
• Exposure to

  modern trade, retail, and HoReCa channels

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel, CRM tools, and professional email correspondence

  .
• Track record of successfully handling

  international markets

  (Africa, Middle East, SEA, Europe preferred).
