Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our consulting recruitment efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, team management, and talent strategy execution. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition initiatives across all levels of consulting roles, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. 


Roles and responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner)  

• Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs  

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies

• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations  

• Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives  

• Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide insights

• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams  

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies  

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience

• Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in consulting 


Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)  

•7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in consulting/professional services hiring  


Skills:-

• Proven experience managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets  

• Expertise in hiring for strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers  

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills  

• Data-driven mindset for decision-making and process improvement 

• Leadership and team management  

• Full-cycle recruitment expertise  

• Strategic workforce planning  

• Strong stakeholder management  

• Analytical and data-driven approach
