Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full-life cycle recruiting process, manage hiring efforts, and develop employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the edtech industry is a plus
