Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

We specialized in performance marketing, content creation, and digital solutions. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our hiring strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure we attract and retain the best professionals in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse roles (creative, technical, marketing, operations, and leadership).
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Squadra Media as an employer of choice.
  • Mentor and guide the TA team to meet hiring targets and timelines.
  • Conduct talent market mapping and build proactive pipelines.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with HR Head to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce alignment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience hiring across creative, technical, and leadership positions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and social media recruitment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Bangalore in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
