Role Overview We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who also has hands-on experience working with Shopify . This role involves building, customizing, and maintaining websites and e-commerce stores with high performance, visual appeal, and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive websites using WordPress (custom themes and plugins) Manage and customize Shopify stores , including theme adjustments and app integrations Build and manage landing pages, product pages, and microsites for campaigns Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams Debug, test, and maintain code across both platforms Implement tracking, analytics, and basic e-commerce features Requirements 2–5 years of experience in WordPress & Shopify development (custom themes/plugins) Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Working knowledge of Shopify platform (Liquid templating, theme editing, apps) Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations Familiarity with version control (Git) and development tools Strong attention to detail, UX/UI basics, and performance optimization Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines Nice to Have Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg Shopify Plus or headless experience (Next.js, React) Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce analytics tools Familiarity with Adobe XD/Figma for design handoff Why Join Squadra?
