Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate - Leadership Hiring, located in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the role involves creating talent acquisition strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

• Experience in talent acquisition and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to create and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing hiring trends
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of hiring policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
