Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of door, window, and PVC panel installations. The candidate should have relevant industry experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Supervise installation of uPVC/aluminium doors, windows, and PVC wall/ceiling panels. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. Conduct quality checks on fittings, alignment, sealing, and finishing. Manage manpower deployment and day-to-day site planning. Monitor material handling, tool usage, and safety compliance on site. Report daily progress with site photos and updates to the project team. Attend client site meetings and handle technical site queries professionally. Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and specifications. Key Requirements:2+ years of relevant experience in modular door/window or panel installation. Familiarity with standard installation tools and hardware fittings. Ability to read basic shop/installation drawings. Strong site coordination and workforce management skills. Basic digital reporting ability (WhatsApp, Excel, or app-based updates). Should be open to travel to various project locations as required. Preferred Qualities:Well-organized, punctual, and safety-conscious. Good communication in Hindi; basic English an added advantage. Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients is a plus.
