Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for water supply infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, and storage facilities. Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis based on project specifications and drawings. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimation. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor bids. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation for water supply or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for carrying out end to end tendering activities & tendering cycle. The activities are as follows: Pre-tendering Activities: Preparation & updation of company information, PDS, Experience certificates, CVs, Consultant Roster, online information & all other documents related to Business Development/tender. Preparation of Legal documents i.e. Power of Attorney, Letter of Association/Authorization, MoU, Agreements, Undertaking & other related documents. Preparation & Procurement of Financial documents i.e. Bank Guarantee, Solvency certificates, CA certificates etc from respective authorities. Tender procurement Activities: Procurements of required digital signatures, registration of online & offline tendering system, registration for various Empanelments & tendering portals. Study tender documents, eligibility criteria understand tender process & other requirements to process it further. Identify & correspondence with JV, Associate firms for tender preparation & submission. Tender submission Activities: Preparation Pre-bid clarifications & followups of Pre-bid minutes, Corrigendum & other tender related documents. Procurement/online payment of required Tender fees, Processing fees, EMD & Security Deposits etc. Preparation & ontime submission of online/offline Technical & Financial proposals/documents. Post-tendering Activities: Preparation of tender win/lose chart, monitoring of tender status, followups for EMD, deposits & Work orders. Preparation of work agreements, negotiation letters & Post tender correspondence. Role & responsibilities Education & Experience: Any Graduate with min 3Years of experience in tendering and procurement especially for Government client. Skill set required: Good verbal and written communication, Interpersonal relationship, good articulation skills. Computer operating skills, should be ready to travel within India.

Required: Should have at least 20 Years Experience in Urban Water supply and Wastewater/ Sewerage Related Project. Should have degree in civil Engineering Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale urban water supply and wastewater/sewerage infrastructure projects. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all designs and implementations comply with national and international standards, environmental regulations, and safety norms. Implement and monitor quality assurance and control protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff. Conduct workshops and technical sessions for knowledge sharing within the organization or client team. Liaise with government bodies, municipalities, funding agencies (e.g., World Bank, ADB), and community representatives to align project goals and expectations. Participate in public consultations and address environmental and social concerns related to water and sanitation projects. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Pre-requisites: The ideal candidate should be self-driven holding a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA or equivalent degree in marketing preferred but not essential) with relevant prior 8-12 years experience in business development and marketing, experience within water storage tank industry, water and waste water treatment industry, pumps, compressors, and related sectors would be advantageous. Proactive, with the ability to work well independently build and work as a team. Preferred candidate profile At least 05 years of experience in handling monitoring, evaluation, reporting. Skill in the use of computer. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office --excel for tracking project progress (Physical and financial), mapping issues. Ability to develop the overall framework for project monitoring and evaluation. Ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to collect relevant information generating progress report.
