Job Description

Deputy Team Leader Storm Water Drainage (SWD) 1 No. (Uttar Pradesh Location)

Qualification and

Experience:

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Master s degree in Urban Planning, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Water Resources Engineering, or Urban Hydrology.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years specifically in the preparation of SWD DPRs and Storm Water Drainage Master Plans.
Strong command over hydrological and hydraulic design principles, modeling techniques, and urban stormwater management strategies.

Assist the Team Leader in the planning, coordination, and supervision of all technical aspects related to stormwater drainage projects.
Lead the preparation of DPRs, stormwater master plans, and feasibility studies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Oversee hydrological assessments, data collection, and modeling activities for urban stormwater systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including GIS experts, civil engineers, planners, and field surveyors.
Ensure compliance with applicable national codes, municipal regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Engage with government agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders for project alignment and approvals.
Support stakeholder consultations, technical workshops, and review meetings.
Review technical deliverables and provide inputs to improve design quality and functionality.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and technical staff.
Assist in the preparation of progress reports, presentations, and final project documentation.
