You will be responsible for managing the construction site operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. This includes supervising daily activities, negotiating contractor rates, overseeing site civil work, focusing on cost-saving measures, and achieving work completion targets. Your role will also involve leading and coordinating a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and site engineers. You will provide guidance and support to ensure the team works effectively together. Monitoring construction processes to maintain quality control and compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will need to implement and enforce safety protocols on site, conduct safety meetings, and provide regular training to all personnel. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders is essential for smooth communication and project execution. You will track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on status, challenges, and milestones achieved. As part of material management, you will oversee procurement and inventory of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities to ensure timely availability. Problem-solving skills will be required to identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, escalating to management when necessary. Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials used, and any incidents or delays, will be an important aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in a relevant field is required Experience: - 4 years of total work experience is required - 1 year of experience in Quality Control is preferred - 1 year of experience in Industrial Construction is preferred This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is on-site.
