Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the client database (CRM system), ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Act as the first point of contact for premium clients—handling queries, follow-ups, and feedback. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to plan customer engagement initiatives. Track client preferences, purchase history, and personalize customer interactions. Handle post-sale service and relationship management with high-net-worth individuals. Assist in organizing exclusive client events, private viewings, and promotional campaigns. Prepare reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics. Desired Candidate Profile: 2–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or jewelry. Smart, confident, and well-groomed female candidate with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity with CRM software/tools is a plus. Residing in or near South Delhi (GK1, GK2, Lajpat Nagar, Nehru Place, etc)
