Position: TA Manager

Location: Rohini, New Delhi

Reporting To: Head HR

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Industry

Preference: Manufacturing / Renewable Energy / EV / Any Other Relevant Industry


Role Overview:

The TA Manager will act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders, while also leading and strengthening the Talent Acquisition function. The role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing the entire talent lifecycle, and driving automation, digitization, and operational excellence across the HR function.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA) Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate and project functions – including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through internal sourcing, job portals, referrals, and external partners.
  • Design and drive recruitment automation tools (ATS, dashboards, Excel-based trackers) to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring within defined SLA/TATs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business unit heads and function leaders.
  • Partner with leadership to implement workforce planning, organizational structuring, and manpower budgeting.
  • Identify skill gaps and enable career progression, succession planning, and talent mobility.

HR Operations & Digitization:

  • Improve efficiency of HR processes by driving digitization and Excel-based automation (e.g., dashboards, MIS reports, HRMS workflows).
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR data management and employee records maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Resolve employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues with empathy and compliance.
  • Drive engagement programs, R&R initiatives, skip-level meetings, and pulse surveys.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.


Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategy.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across levels with high credibility and influence.
  • Proficient in Excel, HRMS systems, and data analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Industry
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing / Renewable / Energy / Infra / Automotive domain preferred.
  • Exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar talent management will be an advantage.
