Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, performance, business, and creative functions
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  ,

  Naukri

  , and others
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and deliver on headcount plans
• Design and drive

  employer branding

  initiatives across social media, job platforms, and internal brand touchpoints
• Develop and implement a

  campus recruitment

  program, build relationships with top colleges, and run internship and management trainee drives
• Own and improve the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche and high-growth roles
• Track key recruitment metrics, provide hiring dashboards, and suggest improvements
• Promote a culture of structured, unbiased, and effective interviewing

Requirements

• 5–7 years of strong

  Talent Acquisition

  experience, preferably in a

  D2C

  or high-growth

  startup

  environment.
• Proven ability to hire across

  tech, marketing, performance marketing

  , and business functions
• Hands-on expertise in using

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  ,

  Naukri

  , and ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of

  employer branding

  , recruitment marketing, and storytelling through hiring campaigns
• Experience in running

  campus recruitment programs

  and engaging with early talent
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative setup
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred
• Must be based in or open to relocating to

  Pune.
