Provide necessary documentation and schedules for internal/external audits. Maintain records of customer agreements, credit terms, debit/credit notes, and bank receipts. Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to resolve disputes and align on receivable timelines. Support business teams during distributor onboarding (credit limits, security, cheque deposit flows). Coordinate with marketplaces for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution. Experience 38 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Commercial Finance, preferably in Retail / FMCG / Apparel / Footwear industries. Experience with large customer bases (distributors, franchisees, marketplaces) is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) and GST compliance.
