WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the Men’s Apparel Range

• Craft seasonal and annual range plans that are relevant, differentiated, and scalable.
• Partner with design & development to translate ideas into best-in-class products.

Know the Market, Know the Consumer

• Bring sharp market intelligence - India and global.
• Uncover whitespace and spot opportunities others miss.
• Use data, instinct, and street-level insight to drive product calls.

Bridge Global Trends & India Realities

• Understand the balance between aesthetic and function.
• Build products that solve for climate, comfort, affordability, and aspiration.

Drive Differentiation & Innovation

• Push for material innovation, tech integration, and functional design.
• Lead with purpose—design with intent, build for longevity.

Work Across Teams

• Sync with sourcing, merchandising, marketing & planning.
• Ensure products launch on time, with stories that stick.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years in apparel product or category roles (with strong men’s wear exposure).
• Deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and fashion across lifestyle and performance.
• Market instinct for what Indian men want (even before they do).
• Experience working with design and development to bring products to life.
• Commercial thinking with creative firepower.
• Curious, collaborative, and consumer-obsessed.
