The Role:

transforming how footwear is imagined, tested, and experienced

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Concepting & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D footwear models, textures, and materials across lifestyle and performance categories.
• Translate 2D sketches, mood boards, and design briefs into photorealistic renders.
• Explore multiple colourways, materials, and detailing options digitally before prototyping.

1. Collaboration with Design & Development

• Work closely with footwear designers and developers to ensure accuracy in construction, proportion, and manufacturability.
• Support product line managers with visual tools for faster decision-making and consumer testing.
• Collaborate with marketing to create product storytelling assets using 3D visuals.

1. Innovation & Process

• Push boundaries by integrating emerging 3D design tech (AR/VR, virtual try-ons, digital sampling).
• Build a

  digital-first design workflow

  that reduces reliance on physical samples.
• Stay up to date with global 3D design practices and adapt them for the Indian consumer.

Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in footwear design, with at least 3 years specializing in 3D footwear creation.
• Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, Substance Painter, CLO3D, Modo, or similar).
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and ergonomics.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving the design-to-market process.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
