Job Responsibilities


  • Proactively assess current and future staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Encourage employee participation in the recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
