Role: Non Litigation Manager Job Title: Chief Manager Work Experience: 4 years + Education: LLB Department: Legal Work location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai Job Responsibilitie sContracts – Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Agreements including Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Broker Letters, Corporate Agency Agreements, Engagement Letters etc . Investment agreements: - Incumbent has to clear the investment agreements/activities which includes agreements pertaining to derivatives/ISDA, investment through AIF/ Offer for Sale et c. Policy Documents – Drafting and reviewing of policy documents. To work closely with the marketing/products team for drafting and vetting of Policy contrac ts.
