The ideal candidate should be familiar with PR, student, and work visa processes, and capable of managing complete visa applications from start to finish with accuracy and professionalism.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end visa documentation and application filing for PR, student, and work visas.Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure they meet embassy/consulate requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.Communicate with clients to collect documents, clarify requirements, and provide regular updates.Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for smooth visa processing.Track and manage application timelines and ensure timely submissions.Maintain proper records of all visa files and correspondence.🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (preferred background in immigration, travel, or documentation).Up to 2 years of experience in visa filing/documentation.Good knowledge of visa categories — PR, Student, and Work Visas (for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.🔹 Benefits:Competitive salarySupportive work environmentOpportunity to grow in the immigration and visa services industryHow to Apply:Send your resume to hr@wavevisas.com
