Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within BFSI industry, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and mass recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against client requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the required standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (BFSI Recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
