Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead located in Kalyan. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring and employer branding. The role involves strategizing and implementing recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs, and enhancing the company's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring, Interviewing, and Employer Branding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
