Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Nextus Global Services Pvt Ltd, located in Kalyan. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing HR policies and ensuring the company adheres to workplace regulations.
