Role Description This is a full-time role for a Telesales Team Lead - US Bookkeeping, located on-site in Kalyan. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of telesales representatives, setting sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves regular communication with team members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
