Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass hiring, or volume hiring.
Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and talent sourcing strategies.
Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective screenings and shortlistings.
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. for job postings and candidate sourcing.
