Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass hiring, or volume hiring.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective screenings and shortlistings.
  • Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. for job postings and candidate sourcing.
