Talent Acquisition Executive

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate fit.
• Manage candidate data in ATS and Excel trackers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong candidate communication and relationships.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and KPIs.

💡 Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• Excellent

  verbal & written English

  communication skills.

• 1–3 years

  of international recruitment experience (APAC, EMEA, or US).
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS systems

  and sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with global job portals:

• US:

  Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, FoundIt (Monster)

• APAC:

  Indeed, Glints, FoundIt (Monster)

• EMEA:

  Jobsite, TotalJobs, CVLibrary, Monster
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  IT, Digital, or BPO hiring

  .
• Ability to handle

  end-to-end recruitment independently

  .

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
