Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and dashboards regularly.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple open positions.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment metrics, and employment laws.
