Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly stock broking, and possess excellent sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization through behavioral and technical assessments.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on the status of open positions and candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Sourcing and Networking:
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, online databases, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates in the stock broking industry.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to build relationships and identify potential candidates.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Work on employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry for Executive.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry for Senior Executive.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of the stock broking industry and various roles within a brokerage firm.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments and other candidate evaluation methods.
  • Experience in campus recruitment.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
