Role & responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, if required

Preferred candidate profile

0–1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing or consulting industry

Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sourcing strategies and job role mapping

Familiarity with industry-specific hiring practices and turnaround expectations

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred
