Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
  
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
  
• Maintain and update candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
  

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with an ability to assess candidate fit.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
