We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain and update candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong sourcing and screening skills with an ability to assess candidate fit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
