Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain and update candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong sourcing and screening skills with an ability to assess candidate fit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage general administrative tasks including office supplies, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination. Maintain records and documentation related to office operations and compliance. Support HR and finance teams with documentation, attendance tracking, and onboarding coordination.
