Source and attract candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and agenciesConduct resume screenings and telephonic interviewsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelineCoordinate interviews and assessment drives for a seamless candidate experienceCollaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align recruitment with business goalsTrack and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)Represent the company at job fairs and campus eventsRecommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
