Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, including tech, media, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to begin their career in HR or recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the real-world hiring process within the tech and advertising ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding hiring requirements and role briefs from different departments
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and campus channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels
  • Maintain candidate data and hiring pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Help create a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Support employer branding initiatives like social media hiring posts, content, and recruitment drives
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic sourcing strategies (training will be provided)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
