Job Title: Client Servicing Executive Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-5 years in Client servicing or media planning Role Overview: As a Client Servicing & Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans, fostering strong relationships with clients and publishers, and delivering insightful analytics reports. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for brands, agencies, and publishers. Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with clients. Media Planning & Strategy: Develop data-driven media plans for Connected TV (CTV) campaigns. Work with internal teams to optimize media strategies based on KPIs. Recommend innovative ad formats and placements for maximum impact. Analytics & Reporting: Create visually appealing and data-rich analytics reports. Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Present campaign performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Campaign Execution & Coordination: Collaborate with ad operations, creative teams, and tech teams for smooth campaign delivery. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, media planning, or ad-tech. Strong understanding of CTV advertising, programmatic buying, and media planning. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Ability to create compelling presentations and performance reports. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to campaign management. Preferred Skills: Experience working with CTV platforms like Jio, Hotstar, SonyLiv, Sun NXT, or Cloud TV. Knowledge of ad-serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic ecosystems. Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, VTR, ROAS, etc.
