Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager / Client Servicing Executive with experience in advertising or marketing agencies. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery of all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business needs.
Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to execute campaigns.
Prepare and present client briefs, proposals, timelines, and budgets.
Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic ideas.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports or recommendations.
Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
Support accurate billing, budget tracking, and financial follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of advertising processes and campaign workflows.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus.
