Client Servicing Executive / Brand Executive


Job Summary:

The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event objectives, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events from concept to completion. The role involves acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and expectations.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, brand guidelines, and objectives to develop customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.

Business & Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative team to pitch new ideas and innovative event concepts.
  • Participate in client pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing clients.

Financial Management

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quotations for events.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track billing, payments, and profitability per project.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Lead junior client servicing executives and ensure alignment across all functions.
  • Conduct internal briefings and manage timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within an ad agency or experiential marketing firm.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, production, and brand activations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
