About The Role

• Support the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on job boards.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support junior and senior TA team members with special projects or initiatives.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and grow within a recruitment team.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
